Refugee Convention:
The UN Refugee Convention conducted in 1951affirms that any refugee can not
be sent back to a country where they would be at risk of persecution. The Refugee
Convention defines a refugee as someone who is outside their country of origin because
of a well-founded fear of persecution for one of the following reasons:

● religion
● nationality
● membership of a particular social group
● political opinion.
